Since the founding of our firm more than 20 years ago, it has been my mission to provide high quality legal representation in employment and long-term disability benefits claims; exceed the highest ethical and professional standards of our legal profession; vigorously pursue and skillfully resolve our clients' legal claims; and, promptly communicate with our clients regarding each case.

Our team of employment and disability benefits experts is devoted to helping our clients recover 100% of their compensation. I personally have advised thousands of clients and litigated their claims in the United States Supreme Court and in federal courts throughout the United States.

My practice is devoted entirely to representing employees in matters of equal opportunity, employment law, and long-term disability benefits cases. I counsel clients on the best course of action before bringing suit. My mission is to ensure the best possible result for each individual client. To do so, I draw from my experience in state, federal, and administrative venues, regarding the ERISA, WFEA, FMLA, Title VII, ADA, and ADEA.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing softball, exercising, reading, and watching the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers.

My practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of plaintiffs in employment law matters, including long-term disability benefits cases. I have found that the best outcome follows careful planning tailored to each client's unique situation. Client communication is also extremely important to effectively help my clients recoup the full amount of their lost compensation.

On behalf of employees I file suits for loss of long-term disability benefits under state and federal laws including ERISA, in addition to violations of Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act.

When not working I enjoy traveling, theater, reading, and spending time with my family.
